况明全，1972年9月生于新疆，浙江传媒学院媒体工程学院副教授。先后毕业于新疆师范大学与上海同济大学。主要从事中国传统书画艺术研究及艺术学与数字媒体技术学科的交叉融合教学研究工作。近年参与国家社会科学基金重大委托项目“中国历代绘画大系”明画全集《蓝瑛卷》，清画全集《恽南田卷》“恽南田与常州画派”的编纂与研究。作品曾多次参加过省级及国家级展览，并出版著作《疏影幽鸣—况明全水墨画作品选•花鸟卷》。
