高晏华，1964年生，毕业于鲁迅美术学院；中国山水画创作院画家。同时担任北京永华轩画廊艺术总监，曾师从著名画家龙瑞先生研习山水画。
主编了《中国当代经典美术全集》、《中国当代艺术名家精品集》等多部重要艺术丛书，在艺术出版界有相当影响力。诗、书、画、印兼修，信奉“转益多师，更要一意孤行” 。
2017年曾以锦州籍名家身份回乡参展 ；2021年获提名“中国书画社会影响力榜样”。
Gao Yanhua, born in 1964, graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts; is a member of the Liaoning Artists Association; and a painter at the China Landscape Painting Creation Institute.
