From November 3 to December 1, 2022, the exhibition "Poetic and Painted Canal: Elegance of Tongxiang" – Wang Shi's Oil Painting Series was held at Jiaxing Tongxiang Museum. From June 25 to July 28,2023, "Watchtower by the Canal" – a showcase of selected works from Wang Shi's oil painting series – took place at Jiaxing Tongxiang Cultural Center. From November 23 to December 15,2023, the national touring exhibition "A Millennium Encounter" featuring Wang Shi's oil paintings was presented at Hangzhou Saili Art Museum under the theme "The Canal Connecting North and South: Poetry and Painting Through Time".
