高贵强，男，汉族，中共党员，大专学历，1964年出生湖北省襄阳市，1983年10月入伍，1987年10月退伍，在襄阳市税务局人事教育科工作。现常住于北京市大兴区，中华慈善艺术家、中国民间文艺家协会会员。

Gao Guiqiang, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, holds an associate degree. Born in 1964 in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, he enlisted in the military in October 1983 and was discharged in October 19 87, subsequently working at the Personnel and Education Department of Xiangyang Municipal Tax Bureau.
