陆惟华，中国香港、比利时双籍艺术博士，国际资深美术评论家、国际十大艺术展策展人。1956年生于上海，1978年选入《宝钢报》担任记者、编辑；，同时为上海人民美术出版社创作连环画、亦为《解放日报》《文汇报》《新民晚报》《支部生活》《周末》等报刊撰写专访、散文创作插图，1983年破例吸纳为上海市美术家协会会员，在沪上享誉极高的声望。
早年师从曹禺、吴祖光、吴作人、靳尚谊、陈逸飞、钱绍武等文艺大师，艺术根基极为深厚。
1993年7月远赴欧洲深造，1994年毕业于比利时伊夫加特外国语学院；1998年毕业于比利时皇家美术学院；2000年毕业考取蒙斯高等美院油画硕士研究生，成绩位列全院第一，是该校建校265年来首位摘得此项最高荣誉的东方艺术家，在欧洲艺术领域创下罕见纪录。2014年起先后于美国普林顿大学、哈佛大学研修，获艺术学博士学位，长期专注中华艺术海外传播体系课题研究。

Born in Shanghai in 1956, he was appointed as a journalist and editor at Baosteel Daily in 1978. He also created comic books for Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House and contributed exclusive interviews, essays, and illustrations for publications such as Jiefang Daily, Wenhui Daily, Xinmin Evening News, Zhuzhi Shenghuo, and Zhouwei. From 2014 onward, he pursued further studies at Princeton University and Harvard University in the United States, where he obtained a Ph.D. in Art Studies, and has since dedicated himself to researching systems for promoting Chinese art abroad.
He currently holds several prominent positions, including Chairman of the Belgian Artists Association, Chairman of the Hong Kong International Cultural and Art Federation, Vice Chairman of the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, Executive Director of the Tianjin Overseas Friendship Association, Think Tank Expert for the Ulanqab Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Vice Chairman of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in the United States.
