李延滨，著名胡琴演奏家，一级演奏员，农工党员。原黑龙江省龙江剧艺术中心乐团团长。中国音乐家协会民族弓弦乐学会理事，中国音乐家协会会员，中国民族管弦乐学会胡琴专业委员会常务理事，黑龙江省民族管弦乐学会胡琴专业委员会副会长。哈尔滨师范大学、哈尔滨学院客座教授。
自幼深得黑龙江省评剧院二胡演奏家耿月骏先生悉心启蒙，并随著名月琴大师冯少先先生学习二胡，后师从于中国弓弦乐大师刘明源先生学习各类弓弦乐器演奏。
