刘庆利，字“子凡”， 号“大力”。曾就读于中央美术学院中国画系及中国艺术研究院研究生部。
曾任现代管理大学研究院文化创意中心主任，现为北京市文联老舍研究会理事、文化和旅游部“诗书画研究院”美术研究员、中国工艺美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会会员、北京道教协会书画艺术委员会委员、丰台区美术家协会理事、中国民主建国会会员、北京科学技术协会会员、北京上方行书画院执行院长。
2008年设计并绘制北京奥运会主会场“鸟巢”主席台“国际贵宾厅”世界最大绢本工笔绘画《中国古代体育图》。同年“老城门”绘画作品入编文物出版社2008《中国文化遗产年鉴》。
