谭晓明，字启发，男，汉族，研究生，1965年生于四川彭州，现任中国书法美术家艺术创作中心终身荣誉教授，四川省成都市美术家协会理事、花鸟画艺委会副主任，成都市书法家协会理事，彭州市美术家协会副主席，彭州市政协诗书画研究会副会长，龙门山宝山书画院院长，巴蜀画派实力派代表人物。
