李全有，字云溪，号三石草堂。河南省博爱县人，1964年生。自幼酷爱书画艺术，厉半百春秋而不辍，于书法、绘画、牌匾雕刻等研习颇有心得。现为中国民间文艺协会会员；中国建设文化艺术协会会员；建设美术师；中国收藏家协会会员；河南书法家协会会员；博爱县书法协会副主席；县政协委员。本人多福书法作品在人民日报网、光明日报网、河南大河网等刊登发表。出版有《澄怀问道》 《抱朴守真》 《汉风秋月》等书法作品集。曾在中国国家画院中国艺术研究院胡抗美曾翔高研班研修。
